LNL Study: Solar Increases Home Values

It shouldn’t be surprising really, but an exhaustive study of housing sales prices in California conducted by Lawrence National Laboratory finds that adding solar to an existing home raises its resale value by around $5 per watt.  The report is here, and the executive summary for non-math majors is here….
