US Judicial Panel Refuses to Consolidate PACE Litigation

In a February 8, 2011 ruling, the United States Judicial Panel on MultiDistrict Litigation denied the FHFA’s request to consolidate actions brought against it in California, New York, and Florida.   To see the ruling,……download here
