In a survey of homeowners conducted by Pike Research, 42% said they would be “extremely” or “very” interested in using PACE for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Only about a quarter of those surveyed said they had no interest, with the remainder undecided. Of those not interested, 30% of the respondents said they really didn’t understand PACE and 19% reported their home was already energy efficient. The full report can be accessed here…..accessed here.
