NLC and NACO Call for Federal Legislation to Restore PACE for Residential Programs

In a strongly worded letter to Congress, the National League of Cities and National Association of Counties have called for Federal legislation to restore PACE residential programs.  Citing the continued job crisis facing local municipalities throughout the Country, NLC and NACO rebuke the FHFA for characterizing valid PACE assessments as loans……
