The City of Palm Desert, CA is hosting a PACE conference March 3rd and 4th at the University of California at Riverside’s Palm Desert Campus. Palm Desert’s PACE program was adversely effected by the FHFA July 6th ruling that has stopped PACE residential programs. The City is also a party to lawsuits filed in Federal Court in Oakland, CA along with the State’s Attorney General, Sonoma County, Placer County, and the Sierra Club.
The conference is being organized by EcoMotion, and participants include law and investment banking firms, financial and program advisory firms, federal, state and local officials, representatives from other PACE programs, and PACENow.
